1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and naad88 ("naad88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at naad88.net. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with naad88, including the creation and use of your naad88 account, access to any betting market, casino game, slot machine, crash game, or arcade game offered on the naad88 platform, and any financial transaction conducted through the naad88 cashier.

By accessing naad88.net, creating a naad88 account, logging into an existing naad88 account, placing any bet or wager, or making any deposit or withdrawal through the naad88 platform, you confirm that:

• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms, including the minimum age requirement of 18 years.

naad88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the naad88 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the naad88 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active naad88 account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. naad88 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts permanently closed, all pending winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method from which they originated.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from gambling or entering into contracts, you must not register a naad88 account.
• Single account: You are permitted to hold only one registered naad88 account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Age Verification

naad88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any point during a player's use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification that confirms the player's full name and date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age and identity verification documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification. naad88 may also use third-party electronic verification services to confirm player identity and age in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of naad88 services — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, Aviator, and Fishing Disco — you must create a registered naad88 account by completing the registration process at naad88.net. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your naad88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. naad88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify naad88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Use a strong, unique password for your naad88 account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA / OTP) where offered by the naad88 platform.
• Log out of your naad88 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Accurate Information

All information provided during naad88 registration and subsequently updated in your account profile must be truthful, accurate, and complete at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment method ownership — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and possible referral to relevant authorities.

Account Currency

All naad88 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). naad88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. Players depositing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transact directly in BDT with no foreign exchange conversion applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

naad88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (Rocket), and domestic bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi financial institutions. Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted for eligible accounts subject to card issuer restrictions.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT per transaction for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Maximum deposit: Per-transaction and daily maximums apply and are displayed in the naad88 cashier at the time of deposit.
• Processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to your naad88 account balance instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1 to 3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours.
• Own payment methods only: You must use only payment methods registered in your own name. naad88 will not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Using a third party's payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• No deposit fees: naad88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which naad88 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT per transaction.
• Withdrawal to same method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. naad88 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business hours during BST banking hours.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5. Only funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement will be eligible for withdrawal.
• Verification hold: naad88 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal pending identity or payment method verification. Players will be notified by email and are expected to respond within 72 hours with the requested documentation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

naad88 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the corresponding promotion page at naad88.net, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all naad88 games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%. Slot games may contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the title. Live casino games, including baccarat and roulette, may contribute at a lower rate. Specific game contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Unclaimed or expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Similarly, active bonuses on which wagering requirements have not been fulfilled within the stated bonus validity period will be removed from the account along with any associated bonus-derived winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, a player may hold only one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
• Abuse of bonuses: naad88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting bonus offers in bad faith. This includes but is not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or systematic abuse of promotional terms.
• Eligibility: naad88 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, regions within Bangladesh, payment method types, or game categories at its sole discretion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the naad88 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, Aviator, or Fishing Disco — in addition to these general Terms. Product-specific rules are accessible from within each game or betting section on the naad88 platform.

Sports Betting

naad88 sports betting markets cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, and other sports. All odds are displayed in decimal format. A bet is considered accepted and binding once naad88 confirms the bet slip and a bet reference number is issued. naad88 reserves the right to void bets where odds have been displayed in error (palpable error), where a market has been settled incorrectly, or where fraudulent activity is suspected. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network latency; bets placed after the relevant event outcome is determined but before the market is suspended may be voided at naad88's discretion.

Casino Games and Slots

All naad88 casino games — including live dealer games by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and slot titles by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Return to player (RTP) percentages for all naad88 slot games are published in each game's information panel. naad88 does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no liability for outcomes that are the result of certified RNG processes. Technical malfunctions — including game crashes, disconnections, or software errors — void all affected game rounds and any associated bets; stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

7 User Obligations

By registering and maintaining a naad88 account, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances at naad88's sole discretion.

• Lawful use only: You must use the naad88 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the naad88 platform to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• No automated systems: You must not use bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the naad88 platform, scrape odds data, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• No collusion: You must not collude with other naad88 players, or with any third party, to obtain an unfair advantage on any betting market or casino game. Match-fixing or any form of sporting integrity abuse is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Single account compliance: You must maintain only one active naad88 account. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must notify naad88 at [email protected] immediately.
• Accurate information maintenance: You must keep your account details — including your email address, mobile number, and residential address — accurate and up to date at all times. Update your details promptly via your naad88 account settings or by contacting [email protected].
• Responsible gaming compliance: You agree to engage with the naad88 responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if your gambling behaviour gives you concern. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use naad88 platform content solely for your own personal entertainment. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any naad88 platform content without prior written consent from naad88.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, naad88's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the naad88 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your naad88 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. naad88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if naad88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8 Account Closure

You may request to close your naad88 account at any time by contacting the naad88 support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your primary registered payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer — within 5 to 10 business days of closure confirmation, provided that all identity and payment method verification requirements have been satisfied.

Closure by naad88

naad88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any naad88 account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of underage gambling or attempted underage gambling.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Use of automated systems, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion or match-fixing activity.
• Failure to comply with a request for identity or payment method verification documents within the stated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of a duplicate account.

Where an account is closed by naad88 due to a material breach of these Terms, naad88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where those funds are reasonably believed to be the proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the naad88 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
